Narrative:

PRC monitors and evaluates the quality of its programs, services and facilities from the user perspective in a variety of ways.

A “Secret” Shopping Service is contracted each year to visit and evaluate programs and facilities and report on their experiences. Additionally, residents regularly voice their opinions and concerns through the customer comment email address parksinfo@westchestercountyny.gov and on Social Media which provides immediate information on customer satisfaction.

Visitors are also offered an opportunity to comment through QR Code surveys conveniently located when visiting facilities which allow for the user to comment “in the moment.”

Program surveys remain an effective way to assess customer attitudes toward quality, for example the surveying of Nature Center Summer Camps to guage success.
