Narrative:
PRC provides sufficient staff through its Administrative Division which ensure professional staff can perform their functions. Staff utilize the most up-to-date and appropriate equipment and technology available to provide proficient operations. Through the PRC Internet Technology Division, staff have computers or laptops with productivity software, desk telephones and in many cases cell phones for communications throughout facilities and off-hours. Many staff members are provided required specialty software, an example of this is GIS Mapping.
Westchester County (WC) and PRC Intranets provide access to comprehensive information about rules and policies, downloadable and interactive forms such as petty cash vouchers and accident forms, and telephone number and email address lists.
PRC administrative offices and select facilities have conference rooms, some equipped with Cisco WebEx Smart Boards to host virtual meetings, and many offer Wi-Fi.
