Narrative:

PRC uses a systematic and studied approach in determining what programs and services will be provided. The fundamentals of play, recreation and leisure help determine how they are evaluated and reveal public expectation, while adhering to PRC’s mission, vision, and goals and objectives as described in the PRC Recreation Program Plan: Section 2 Community Planning & Development. When planning or evaluating new programs, staff create program and service determinants to assess purpose and public interest, and feedback is received by conducting surveys to determine satisfaction, success and visibility. This process results in PRC providing a wide range of recreation programming.
