5.2 – Fiscal Management Procedures

Standard: There shall be established procedures for the fiscal management of the agency.

Narrative:

PRC’s Financial Division is required to follow policies and procedures established by the County Departments of Finance and Budget. This is outlined in the PRC Administrative Manual section 600. These policies include but are not limited to budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, cash handling, and contracts.
