Narrative:

PRC volunteers are registered with the Westchester County Office of Risk Management (ORM) and covered for any liability should they get injured performing duties or cause harm as is described in the Charter of Westchester County, New York: Chapter 295 Liability and Casualty Reserve Fund. Additionally, the Westchester Parks Foundation (WPF) has a liability waiver that participants must fill out prior to the start of service.
